摘要
本次设计题目是石油管螺纹保护帽旋压专用设备设计,在设计过程中,老师要求我们运用机电液的知识完成,设计的内容主要包括,旋压机床总体设计、尾顶的设计、旋压机构设计、液压控制系统设计、主传动系统的设计、电气系统及PLC的设计。
在机械结构中主要是主轴箱的传动设计,根据以给定的条件主轴转速来设计主传动系统能够。同时要考虑到制动和变速机构。主传动系统的主要参数包括公比的选择、传动副、级比指数、齿数的确定等等。
旋压进给机构的设计,旋压进给机构主要通过查冷冲压工艺手册确定旋压力,设计相应机构,选择液压缸,同时也要考虑到与机床相关部位的空间位置关系及自身的强度。
尾顶机构是通过计算旋压加工时零件的厚度、加工的形式、以及加工的条件来确定尾顶所需要的力量,同时选择相应的液压缸、弹簧等。
床身及底座主要考虑各个部位之间的联系,机床加工方向选用45度角向上加工主要是为了加强道轨的支撑刚度。
液压控制系统设计设计内容主要为明确设计要求,制定基本方案,绘制液压系统图,并且确定液压系统的主要参数,液压系统的主要参数包括载荷的组成和计算,液压缸的主要结构及安装尺寸,对其它液压控制元件辅助元件的选择
电气系统的设计即利用传感器接收信号,PLC对采集的信号进行分析计算并输出控制信号。PLC控制系统用西门子S7-200编写。
