摘要
物流园区是物流业发展到一定阶段的产物。了解物流园区,不仅仅要从定义上来掌握,还要理解物流园区的种类、功能和作用,这样才能真正的为物流园区的相关研究奠定下稳固的基础。
物流园区的规划是物流园区建设中极为重要的一个环节。物流园区的规划将显著影响物流整个物流过程实际营运的效率和成本,以及以后的园区规模的扩充和发展。
本文以现代物流管理理论为理论基础,在回顾了国内外的物流园区的规划和总体布局设计的基础上,结合了现有的物流园区规划的现实情况,对物流园区的规划进行了研究,从而总结了一套评判我国物流园区选址风险的科学理论与方法。主要侧重于物流园区选址和物流园区内部功能模块的介绍,并通过可行性分析等共同组建一个完整系统的物流园区规划和总体和布局设计图。
