In the course of the treatment of diabetes, continuous glucose monitoring to guide rational clinical use of drugs, reduce the risk plications has an important role. In this paper, the near-infrared diffuse reflectance detection principle, the blood glucose monitoring systems and insulin bine to form a closed loop system. Based on microcontroller, this paper gives a design scheme of open-loop portable insulin pump, using three batteries as a power supply, CC2530 MCU as the control core, propelling special syringe plunger and injecting insulin into a patient’s body by driving the stepper motor.
