Ach对离体家兔小肠运动作用摘要:目的:观察乙酰胆碱对离体家兔小肠肠肌的影响和机制。方法:将离体小肠固定在离体小肠灌流装置里,在保证各影响因素不相互干扰的情况下,分别给予家兔离体肠肌标本生理盐水(Nacl)、Ach、阿托品、阿托品+乙酰胆碱刺激,完成每次刺激并出现明显现象后用38℃的台氏液冲洗肠肌标本,观察其收缩活动的特点并记录。结果:结果显示当滴加生理盐水(Nacl)刺激离体肠肌时,张力曲线没什么变化;当用乙酰胆碱刺激离体肠肌时,张力曲线则明显上升,且频率加快;当滴加阿托品刺激时,张力曲线明显下降,且频率减慢;当滴加乙酰胆碱加上阿托品刺激时,张力曲线变化较不规则。结论:乙酰胆碱(Ach)对离体家兔肠肌有增强其运动的作用,且作用于M受体。中文关键词:离体家兔小肠肠肌;乙酰胆碱;张力曲线Abstract:Objective::invitrosmallintestineinvitrointestinalperfusiondevicefixed,inguaranteeundertheconditionofeachinfluencefactordoesnotinterferewitheachother,invitrointestinalmusclespecimensweregiventherabbitsaline(Nacl),Ach,atropine,atropine+pletewith38℃aftereachstimulusandasignificantphenomenonofTaiwan':theresultsshowedthatwhenaddsaline(Nacl)stimulationinvitrointestinalmuscle,nothingchangetensioncurve;Whenusingtheacetylcholinestimulationinvitrointestinalmuscle,tensioncurvesareobviousrise,andthefrequencytospeedup;Whenaddatropinestimulation,tensioncurvedecreasedobviously,andslowfrequency;Whenaddtheacetylcholineandatropineon,:acetylcholine(Ach)oninvitrorabbitintestinalmusclehasenhancedtheroleofthemovement,andtheeffectsonMreceptor.[Keywords]:Isolatedrabbitintestinalmuscle;Acetylcholine;:消化
