藿香正气软胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的Meta分析 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 【摘要】目的评价藿香正气软胶囊用于功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法检索维普、中国期刊和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集有关藿香正气软胶囊用于治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究,根据纳入和剔除标准汇集文献,对有效性进行Meta分析。结果疗效评价共纳入5个临床对照研究,藿香正气组有效率(%)高于对照组(%),经齐性检验,Q=(),采用固定效应模型计算,合并OR=,95%~。结论藿香正气软胶囊对功能性消化不良的治疗有效,但由于缺乏高质量临床随机对照研究,故藿香正气软胶囊用于功能性消化不良的有效性尚需更多高质量临床随机对照实验予以证实。 【关键词】藿香正气软胶囊; 功能性消化不良; Meta分析 Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of Huoxiangzhengqi Soft-capsule in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia. MethodsVIP KI database and CBM database were searched by keywords,and the obtained references were screened for clinical trials on the introduction of Huoxiangzhengqi Soft-capsule in therapy of Functional Dyspepsia. The clinical trial results of efficacy were meta- studies were included for efficacy analysis. The efficacy rate of Huoxiangzhengqi group (% ) was higher than that of control group (57. 8%),and the result of Chi-Square testing (Q)was (),so a fixed effects model was chosen and the value of odds ratio (OR)was with the 95% confidence interval from to . ConclusionHuoxiangzhengqi Soft-capsule is effective in the treatment of Functional Dyspepsia,but its efficacy need to be confirmed with high-quality randomized controlled trials.
