莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎对比研究 (作者:___________单位: ___________邮编: ___________) 作者:林庆安赖国祥柳德灵张鸿文文文 【摘要】目的观察莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将65例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分成治疗组33例和对照组32例,治疗组给予莫西沙星针剂治疗,400mg静脉滴注,每日1次;对照组给予左氧氟沙星针剂治疗,400mg静脉滴注,每日1次;疗程均为7d。结果研究结果显示,%%;%%;%%。两组间临床有效率、细菌清除率、不良反应发生率均无显著差异()。结论莫西沙星针剂治疗社区获得性肺炎安全有效。 【关键词】莫西沙星; 左氧氟沙星; 社区获得性肺炎 ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin vs levofloxacin in the treatment munity acquired pneumonia. Method Thirty-three cases munity acquired pneumonia were enrolled as treatment group which was treated with moxifloxacin (400mg VD qd for 7d), and other 32 cases as control group with levofloxacin(400mg VD qd for 7d). Results Results indicated that the total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and control group were % and %, and the bacterial eradication rates % and % and the adverse effect rates % and %, respectively. No significant difference of the above figures between the two groups were found (). Conclusion Moxifloxacin was effective and safe in the treatment munity acquired pneumonia.
