油田集输联合站监控系统可靠性研究
摘要:目前,对油田集输联合站控制系统进行可靠性研究是一个研究热点。可靠性工程的分析方法可有效避免事故的发生,实现高效安全生产,实行数字化远程管理,有效控制生产作业过程中的关键技术环节,实现企业多期望的大规模生产作业所要求的统一、协调、高效、远程调度指挥、监管和控制。在分析青阳岔联合站的油气集输和污水处理的工艺流程基础上,针对此油田集输联合站监控系统的功能特点,提出了监控要求。依据联合站特殊作业的环境因素,分析出危险危害因素。在对比了各种可靠性分析方法,比如,可靠性框图法、GO法、事件树分析法、故障树分析法,之后选择利用故障树分析法对油田集输联合站监控系统的可靠性进行定性、定量分析研究。运用马尔可夫化简法求出最小割集,算出各事件的结构重要度,得出对联合站监控系统影响最大的故障源。最终提出提高联合站监控系统可靠性的对策措施,在联合站监控系统设计中,应尽量选择冗余设计方式,提高硬件设备可靠性。

Study On The Reliability Of Monitoring System In Oilfield Gathering Union Station
Abstract:Currently, How to make the study on reliability for monitoring system in oil field gathering multi-purpose station is a hot topic. The analysis method of Engine’s Reliability can avoid the accident to achieve efficient and safe production effectively; also it can be used to control the production operations in the process of key techniques, which can meet large-scale production’s needs. That required unified, coordinated, efficient and long-mand, supervision and control. According to the feature for the monitoring system, which have proposed some requirements on the foundation of analysis the oil and gas gathering multi-purpose station as well as wastewater’s treatment, In contrast to the various reliability analysis methods, then choose to use the fault tree analysis method to make qualitative and quantitative analysis. using Markov Simplification Method we obtained the minimal cut sets and calculated the structural importance of the event. Then it draws the conclusion that there are some sources to influent Monitoring System of multi-purpose station. Finally,it gives some advices and measures to develop the reliability of multi-purpose station's Monitoring System. On the designing of Monitoring System of multi-purpose station it should be better to choose redundant design approach to improve hardware reliability.
