第二章 总方案的确定摘要
由于松籽具有体积小、表面光滑的特性,所以目前现有的对松籽剥壳方法存在着很多的缺陷和不足。手工蒸汽式去壳效率低耗费人力物力,冲击碰撞方式带有一定的危险性,并且松籽壳与松籽不易分离,剪切式剥壳方式无法保证松籽的完整性。故从生产效率和保证其完整性两方面考虑,对轴式挤压方式去壳是最好的选择,不仅自动化程度高,并且适合大规模的推广使用。本次课题设计首先针对松籽的外壳特性进行了系统的研究分析,以便于研究其主要剥壳的核心部件,然后通过对各种剥壳形式的对比分析,最终确定以对轴式挤压松籽剥壳的方式。本课题的创新点在喂料斗处设计安装喂料辊轮,以及在对轴挤压系统中采用斜槽面自动分级挤压方式进行选料剥壳以提高其剥壳效率。同时对带传动、齿轮传动部分做了详细设计及计算。对中心轴做了计算及校核。总结该机具有正机工作平稳安全,结构简单紧凑,剥壳效率高,完整性高,生产效率高等特点。不仅是技术上的突破,具有更高的实用价值,可以大大满足市场对松籽的需求,实现对松籽的机械化大规模生产。
