摘 要
随着我国经济的发展,市场经济体制的完善,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。而企业之间的竞争实际上就是人才的竞争,人力资源管理在组织中的地位也越来越高,作为人力资源管理重要模块的绩效管理也显得越来越重要。面对激烈的社会竞争,建立和完善高效率的绩效管理体系对企业来说是非常重要的。只有通过有效的绩效考核发掘员工的潜力,将人力资源的作用充分发挥出来,企业才有可能得到长远发展。
本文以常德力元新材料有限责任公司作为调查对象,分析绩效考核方法的利弊,并通过理论及实践论证,提出对策以改善现状,引导员工的行为,激发员工的积极性,确保企业战略目标的完成,形成良好的绩效文化,进而形成良好的企业文化。本文第一部分简述了绩效考核的相关概念以及论述了绩效考核的重要性;第二部分是对该公司的调查分析,简单介绍了公司情况后,对公司绩效考核方法现状进行了调查分析;本文的第三部分论述了常德力元绩效考核方法存在的问题,通过三个方面进行了讲述;第四部分是针对前文中三个问题的改善方案,联系调查分析进行理论与实践的探讨;第五部分是结论部分,综述全文,总结了本文的观点。

Abstract
With the development of Chinese economy and the system of market economy, the competition among enterprises has become gradually fierce. As the competition among enterprises is actually a talent competition, the status and module of human resource management has become more and more important. With the intense social competition, to establish and improve the system of the performance management is very important for the enterprise. If the enterprise would like to get long-term development, it should play a part in the human resource through effective staff performance appraisal.
This thesis regard Changde Lyrun New Material Co., Ltd. as a survey, analyses the pros and cons the method of the performance evaluation, and puts forward measures to improve the situation, to guide the behavior of employees and to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees through theoretical and practical arguments to ensure the strategic objectives, to form a good performance culture, and thus form a good corporate culture. The first part resumes the concept of performance appraisal and expounds the importance of performance appraisal. The second part mainly talks about the investigation and analysis of the enterprise.
