The best method to prevent many of these injuries and claims is Risk Avoidance. Eliminate or Control the hazard as soon as possible. ? Identify the Hazard. ? Warn of the Hazard until Corrected. ? Food or liquid on the floor that is not properly cleaned up. ? Shifting concrete or cracks in sidewalks. ?
