摘 要
该毕业设计对环保、节能、自动补压型给水设备作了介绍。从节能科技的实践出发,阐述了双恒压无塔供水系统在给高楼供水设备中的应用。以PLC电路控制方式,介绍了智能水压控制系统的工作原理及PLC控制系统。在分析水压控制的工作流程的基础上,给出了PLC控制系统的硬件和软件设计。智能水压控制系统的基本控制策略是:采用电动机调速装置与可编程控制器(PLC)构成控制系统,进行优化控制,完成供水压力的恒定控制,当管网流量变化来达到稳定的供水压力和节约电能。系统的控制目标是总泵的出口压力、系统设定的压力值和反馈给水压力实际值进行了比较。处理后的差值输入逆变器,发出控制指令,控制泵电动机的投运台数和运行变量泵电动机的转速,从而达到给水总管压力稳定在设定的压力值上。

ABSTRACT
The graduation design of environmental protection, energy saving, automatic type pressure feed water equipment are introduced. Starting from the practice of energy saving technology, and expounds the double constant pressure no tower water supply system for high-rise buildings water supply equipment application. Circuit with PLC control method, this paper introduces the working principle of hydraulic control system and PLC intelligent control system. On the basis of analyzing the working process of the hydraulic control, PLC control system hardware and software design are given. Intelligent hydraulic pressure control system of the basic control strategy is: USES motor drive device and a programmable controller (PLC) control system, optimization control, complete water pressure constant control, when the network traffic variation to achieve stable water supply pressure and save power. Control objectives of the system is always pump outlet pressure, system pressure set value and feedback feed pressure compares the actual values. After treatment the difference between the input inverter, sends out control instructions, control stations and pump motor was put into operation of variable pump motor speed, so as to achieve stable water supply main pipe pressure on the set pressure value.
