摘要
供水是一个关系国计民生关键产业。供水不仅要满足管网压力需要、确保充足供水,还要求水质显著提升。滤池是水厂常规处理净水构筑物最终一道工序,滤池运行好坏直接影响到水厂出水水质。滤池反冲洗工艺复杂,假如仍然沿用人工方法,劳动强度大,工作效率低,安全性难以保障,为此必需进行滤池自动化系统改造。
本文从水厂滤池自动控制系统控制要求和工艺特点出发,设计出了一套基于ControlLogix硬件和软件系统水厂滤池自动控制系统。在滤池正常过滤时,为实现恒水位过滤,设计了以出水流量为控制参数滤池液位PID控制系统。而在系统接收到反冲洗信号时,本系统在设计上就主控PLC怎样愈加好和现场PLC协调控制滤池反冲洗方案进行了对比而且做了优化,增强了控制思绪清楚性,达成了预期控制效果。
依据系统控制要求,进行了硬件设备选型,设计了控制系统硬件配置图、I/O模块接线图,并编写了实现控制算法程序。

ABSTRACT
Water supply is an important industry for the people's livelihood. Not only to meet the needs of the pipeline network pressure and to ensure adequate water supply, but also called for the improvement of water quality. As to conventional water treatment plant, filter is the last structures of water purification processes, filter run a direct impact on water quality. The process of filter backwash is complexity, if still used in manually, labor-intensive, low productivity, so it is difficult to ensure the safety of this system and it must be transformed to automatic systems.
In this paper, as a view of the automatic control system for the water plant filter requirements and process characteristics, the automatic control system for the water plant design of a set of hardware and software based on the ControlLogix system has been accomplished. When in the normal filtrate period,
in order to keep the constant level, designed the PID filter level control system which is based on the water flow parameters. When receives backwashing signals, the control system on how to enhance coordination between master PLC
and on-site PLC, has been compared and optimized.
According to requirements of the designed control system, the selection of hardware devices, hardware configuration, I/O module wiring diagram, procedures for the realization of control algorithm have been accomplished.
