基于协同过滤的远程医疗会诊系统的设计与实现.doc

摘要基于协同过滤的远程专家会诊系统设计与实现摘要这几年由于信息和通信技术的迅猛发展为远程医疗的发展和推广创造了新的契机, 然而传统的远程医疗会诊系统已经不能够满足远程医疗的进一步发展的需要。针对这个迫切需要解决的问题,本课题旨在研究一个基于协同过滤的远程医疗系统,实现远程会诊所需要的功能,探索将远程医疗系统与协同过滤更加紧密结合的新途径。本文首先阐述了远程医疗的基本概念、远程医疗的发展状况以及 J2EE 、 Struts 、 Hibernate 、 Spring 框架、 Oracle 的基本概念与体系结构,接下来对系统进行了详细的分析设计与实现过程。在结构上将系统分成了视图层、控制层、服务层和持久层。在功能上将系统分为了三个模块:病历管理模块,会诊管理模块,系统管理模块。在系统的具体实现方面,提出了开发的一般的步骤,并以病历资料录入功能、联网医院申请会诊功能以及系统管理员审核注册信息功能为例进行了实现。最后,本文对系统的开发的过程和结果进行了总结,并对远程医疗系统在今后的应用进行了展望。本课题的贡献在于设计并实现了一个基于 Web 功能的完整的远程医疗系统,该系统能够实现远程会诊系统工作流程,提高了工作效率,能规范医院病历的书写,有效的组织和管理病历资料,提升远程会诊的质量和效果;在实现方面运用了 MVC 模式对系统的层次进行了设计,有效的降低了耦合。关键词: WEB ; J2EE ; SSH ; Oracle ;协同过滤 Abstract Design and Implementation of Collaborative F iltering R emote E xpert C onsultation System Abstract In recent years information munication technology as the rapid development of telemedicine development and promotion to create new opportunities,However, the traditional long-distance medical consultation system has been unable to meet the further development of telemedicine address this urgent need to address the problem,This research project aims to collaborative filtering-based telemedicine system,Remote clinics will need to function,Exploration of telemedicine systems and collaborative filtering approach more closely with the new.
