摘要
随着房地产行业的飞速发展,人们对居民区的物业管理也提出了更多更高的要求,有关住宅小区物业管理方面的投诉也在不断的增多。住宅小区的物业管理费难以收取,物业管理安防措施难以保证住宅小区业主的要求,很多住宅小区的物业管理方式陈旧、技术力量落后,从而造成住宅小区物业管理工作的从业人员多,工作强度大,工作效益低,管理成本高。为改善住宅小区物业管理工作条件,提升物业管理的技术水平和更新管理理念,提高物业管理工作的效率和质量,降低物业管理成本,本论文在分析了国内外住宅小区物业管理的现状和发展趋势的基础上,结合我国城市住宅小区物业管理的实际需求,设计开发了物业管理系统。

Abstract

Residential property management for the improvement of working conditions, improve the technological level of property management and update management concepts, enhance their management efficiency and quality, reduce the cost of property management, this paper analyzes the domestic and residential district in the property management of the status quo and development trend based on bined management of urban residential quarter of the actual demand, design and development of the property management system.
