自建物流与外包物流之比较分析
摘要：随着社会经济的发展，商业活动空前繁荣，物流作为商品的最后一环，在企业经营活动中起着不可替代的作用。在激烈的市场竞争下，企业将目光转向物流，希望通过高效的物流运作来提高整个供应链运行效率，节省成本，提高效益。对企业而言，选择自建物流还是外包物流是一个亟待解决的问题。但我国对物流模式的研究还十分有限，针对企业物流具体模式选择还没有特别明确的方法。
本文对自建物流和外包物流的优劣势进行比较分析，运用归纳总结法对搜集到的资料进行整理和分析，运用资源基础理论、交易费用理论和比较成本理论进行理论分析，采用传统决策方法，现代二维决策标准和SWOT分析方法进行决策。最终形成自建物流与外包物流选择适用原则。

Comparative analysis of self-built logistics and outsourcing logistics
Abstract: With the economic and social development，and prosperity in business activities，logistics as part of the final goods，and in the enterprise business activities play an irreplaceable role. Under the fierce market competition，enterprises to focus on logistics，hope that through efficient logistics operation to improve the whole supply chain operation efficiency，cost savings，improve efficiency. For enterprises，self-built logistics or outsourcing logistics is a problem to be solved. But the study of the patterns of logistics of our country is very limited，for the enterprise logistics mode choice specific is not particularly clear.
Based on self-built logistics and outsourcing logistics of comparative analysis，the advantages and disadvantages of using inductive summary method，sorting and analyzing the collected data，Using the resource-based theory, transaction cost theory and the theory of comparative cost theory analysis, the traditional decision method, modern 2d decision criteria and the SWOT analysis method to make decisions. Eventually form the self-built logistics and outsourcing logistics selection principles.
