摘要摘要随着我国车辆工业的迅速发展,车辆和交通流大幅增长,使道路交通事故频发, 道路减速带能减缓车辆的行驶速度、提高行车安全性,是减少交通事故的有效安全设施。但如果减速带结构及布置不合理,将会使车辆产生过大的振动和冲击力,造成车辆底盘结构件的损伤,影响车辆的使用寿命。同时,也给周边的环境产生很大的噪声污染。因此,研究分析车辆通过减速带时的车辆冲击荷载特性具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。本文以重型载货汽车为研究对象,运用SIMPACK多体动力学仿真分析软件建立重型载货汽车整车多体动力学模型。基于三角网格法建立谐波叠加法激励的幂函数功率谱密度三维路面不平度模型和道路减速带模型。在此基础上,建立三维随机路面和道路减速带激励下的重型载货汽车整车行驶动力学模型。对重型载货汽车通过道路减速带时的冲击荷载特性进行了仿真分析与研究。选取轮胎法向力、纵向力作为评价道路减速带对车辆冲击荷载特性的指标,进行了整车以不同车速通过不同横断面轮廓减速带、圆弧减速带结构尺寸及不同纵向坡度时轮胎法向力、纵向力的仿真计算,分析了各因素对车辆冲击荷载特性的影响。研究结果可为道路减速带的设计及布置提供参考依据。关键词:重型载货汽车;减速带;纵向坡度;冲击荷载特性 Abstract Abstract ㈣ffff鲫 639 With therapid development ofautomobile industry inChina,vehicles and traffic increased significantly,making frequent road control hump,as an effective safety facility,can slow down vehicle speed and improve trafficsafety. thespeed control hump structure and layout isunreasonable,it willmake the vehicle produce excessive vibration and impact,causing damage tothe vehicle chassis, which shorten the vehicle ,it CaUSeS great noise pollution tothesurrounding ,study on theimpact loading characteristic ofvehicle crossing speed control hump hasvery important academic significance and practical value.
