前言

金肯职业技术学院是一所培养实用专业技术人才的高职院校,针对社会对机
械类高技能人才紧缺情况,我院机械与汽车工程系机械实训中心以企业用人标准
为依据、以学生就业为导向,参照高等教育出版社出版的教育部高职高专规划教
材“金工实习”第二版,根据各位实训教师在工厂的长期实践经验,共同编写了
金工实训指导书。
编写实习指导书的目的是帮助学生在金工实习时,正确掌握钳工、车工操作
技能,了解零件的加工工艺过程,指导实际操作;帮助学生提高感性认识,为后
续学习打下良好的基础。
本指导书分为两大类,第一类是钳工篇;另一类是车工篇。
本书内容包括钳工、车工,钳工分为 6 个课题,车工分为 9 个课题,以钳工、
车工所必备的技能为主要内容,以钳工、车工操作步骤方法为重点,突出钳工、
车工职业能力,图文并茂,简明扼要,各实习工种内容循序渐进、由浅入深。
钳工课题一至课题五为实习必修课内容,课题六钳工锤制作为必修课内容。
课题六中外六方体制作、900 凸凹配合、多用扳手制作、限位块制作视专业需要
选修。
车工共 9 个课题,按专业需要选修。
由于编写时间仓促,难免存在不足之处,我们将在实践中不断补充完善。
