该论文来源于网络，本站转载的论文均是优质论文，供学习和研究使用，文中立场与本网站无关，版权和著作权归原作者所有，如有不愿意被转载的情况，请通知我们删除已转载的信息，如果需要分享，请保留本段说明。 【摘要】 目的：探討手术室基于护理敏感指标的护理质量管理的临床应用效果。方法：于2018年1月-2019年12月将本院36间手术室按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，每组18间，选取两组该时间段的手术管理资料。构建护理敏感指标，研究组采取基于护理敏感指标的护理质量管理，对照组采取传统手术室护理管理模式，两组均对手术室危机事件进行演练。比较两组手术室安全指标情况、手术效率指标及危机事件处理失误率。分析手术室护理质量的影响因素。结果：研究组术前、术中及术后漏核对例数均少于于对照组（P<）;研究组手术室手术量/（每间·月）为39台、手术室周转使用率/（每间·月）%、手术室工作时数/（每间·月）为310 h。对照组手术室手术量/（每间·月）为30台、手术室周转使用率/（每间·月）%、手术室工作时数/（每间·月）为290 h。研究组危机事件处理失误率低于对照组（字2=，P=）。结论：手术室基于护理敏感指标的护理质量管理模式，能够降低患者信息核对误差，有利于防范医疗不良事件，提高手术室护理管理效率、提高护理人员对于危机突发事件的应急处置能力。基于护理敏感指标的护理质量管理模式是一套高效、安全、实用的护理管理，值得推广。 【关键词】 护理敏感指标 手术室管理 护理质量 Clinical Effect of Nursing Quality Management Based on Nursing Sensitive Indexes in Operating room/YAN Yunqiong， ZHONG Yanwen， YAN Cailing， ZHANG Dongwu. //Medical Innovation of China， 2020， 17（15）： 0-102 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of nursing quality management based on nursing sensitive index in operating room. Method： From January 2018 to December 2019， 36 operating rooms in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method， with 18 operating rooms in each group. Surgical management data of two groups in this period were selected. The nursing sensitivity indexes were constructed. The research group adopted nursing quality management based on the nursing sensitivity index， the control group adopted the traditional operating room nursing management model. The operating room safety index， surgical efficiency index and error rate of emergency management were compared between the two groups. The influencing factors of nursing quality in operating room were analyzed. Result： The number of cases of preoperative， intraoperative and postoperative missed check in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<）.
