　 【摘要】 目的：研究针对咳嗽患者使用小柴胡汤合止嗽散化裁的临床疗效及安全性。方法：研究对象为2017年3月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的咳嗽患者90例，通过随机数字表法将其随机分为A、B两组，各45例。A组患者遵医嘱口服盐酸溴己新片和氯雷他定片，B组使用小柴胡汤合止嗽散化裁方式进行辅助治疗。治疗疗程均为7 d。对比A、B两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果：治疗后，B组患者的治疗总有效率（%）显著优于A组患者治疗总有效率（%）;B组患者不良反应发生率（%）显著低于A组患者不良反应发生率（%）;B组患者满意度（%）显著高于A组患者满意度（%），组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<）。结论：小柴胡汤合止嗽散化裁治疗方式，可以有效改善患者的咳嗽状况，明显提高了治疗效果，不良反应发生率低，用药安全，对咳嗽患者的治疗有极大的帮助，推荐使用。

　　 [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder treatment for patients with cough. Method： Ninety-six patients with cough who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into groups A and B， 45 cases in each. Patients in group A were treated with oral Bromhexine Hydrochloride Tablets and Loratadine Tablets according to the doctor’s advice. Group B was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder. The treatment course was 7 days. Compared the therapeutic effects， the probability of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction between the two groups. Result： After treatment， the total effective rate of treatment in group B （%） was significantly better than that in group A （%）. The probability of adverse reactions in group B （%） was significantly lower than that in group A （%）. The patients’ satisfaction of patients in group B （%） was significantly higher than that in group A （%）. And the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P<）. Conclusion： Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Zhisou Powder treatment can effectively improve the patients’ cough status， significantly improve the therapeutic effect， and the incidence of adverse reactions is low， the medication is safe. It is of g
