工程硕士论文淮安绿盟农产品物流中心规划与设计摘要 ll Y2275385 冷链物流泛指冷藏冷冻类食品在生产、贮藏运输、销售,到消费前的各个环节中始终处于规定的低温环境下,以保证食品质量,减少食品损耗的一项系统工程。其物流中心建设存在系统庞大复杂、时效性和组织协调要求高、投资大、运行成本高等难点, 其规划设计是物流规划设计理论应用中的一个难点,也是当前研究的热点之一。本文是在淮安市供销总社的一个拟建项目《绿盟冷链物流新建项目可行性研究报告》的基础之上,通过大量的现场调研与数据分析,在以物流中心及物流中心规划相关的理论为指导,从以下几个方面对农产品物流中心作出的规划。(1)根据淮安农产品市场发展情况以及冷链物流供需分析,结合项目建设单位的总体发展战略规划,提出淮安绿盟冷链物流中心项目的总体发展战略定位和分阶段发展目标。(2)根据淮安绿盟冷链物流中心项目的总体发展战略定位,对项目功能的需求进行分析,预测项目总吞吐能力,并结合业务流程的分析和设计,对项目功能区域进行细分,并测算出各功能区的面积规模。(3)综合运用SLP方法,对淮安绿盟冷链物流中心项目的规划布局方案进行严密的物流强度计算分析和具体布置方案的设计,并结合项目建设点的地形地块条件,提出修正方案。(4)最后对农产品物流中心的组织构架、运作模式及运营策略进行了说明。本文旨在为中小城市的现代化冷链物流中心的布局规划提供一定的参考和借鉴。关键词: 农产品冷链物流物流中心规划布局 Abstract 工程硕士论文 Abstract Cold chainlogistics is asystem engineer,which generally refers torefrigerated frozen foods intheaspects ofproduction,storage,transportation,sales,and always intheprovisions cryogenic environment before consumption,to ensure thequality ofthefood,reduce food construction of logistics center stillexistssomeproblems,such asthe large plex system,the anizational coordination requireshigh investment, 11ighrunning costs,its planning and design is adifficulty intheapplication oflogistics planning anddesign theory,which isalso one ofthehotspot.
