农村居民点土地整理潜力与模式研究摘要通过农村居民点整理,可以优化农村人居环境,促进土地节约、集约利用, 是缓解我衡的有效途径。因此,农村居民点土地整理问题日渐受到关注,成为目前土地管理的一项重要工作。本文以招远市为例,对招远市社会经济、自然地理状况及特点进行详细的调查和研究,在实地调研的基础上,从土地规划和管理的角度,采取现实与理论研究相结合的方式,定性、定量、定位的对招远市农村居民点土地整理的现状与潜力进行研究,探讨符合本地区域特点的土地整理模式。在结构上,本文首先结合国内外土地整理的发展状况,指出农村居民的土地整理具有重大意义;接着从土地整理的相关概念和基本理论入手,在深入研究系统理论、景观生态理论、土地可持续利用理论、生态经济理论等原理的基础上,应用土地整理的基本知识和研究方法,总结国内外农村居民点土地整理的模式和经验,以招远市为例,实证研究探讨居民点土地整理潜力和整理模式;最后从研究现状、研究局限性及进一步研究方向三个方面进行总结。本文的研究主要包括五个部分: 第一部分,绪论,简单介绍了研究背景与意义,国内外研究动态,以及论文的研究思路、研究方法和技术路线等。第二部分,研究的相关概念和基本理论,主要介绍了土地整理的相关概念和基本理论以及农村居民点土地整理的原则。第三部分,农村居民点用地现状及土地整理潜力分析,全面阐述了目前我国农村居民点用地的主要情况;介绍了农村居民点用地标准以及土地整理潜力测算的常用方法。第四部分,农村居民点土地整理模式研究,本文的这一部分从空间布局调整何土地整理两个角度出发介绍了农村居民点土地整理的几种模式。第五部分,招远市农村居民点土地整理的实证研究,以山东省招远市为例, 运用实证计算的方法测算了招远市农村居民点土地整理的潜力,并在此基础上提出了几种符合招远实际的农村居民点土地整理模式。关键词:农村居民点;土地整理:潜力;模式 The Resea rch on Rura Res dent a Area’S Land Conso Iidat on Potent a and Mode Abstract Rural residentiallandconsolidation ing increasingly concemed嬲an importantlandmanagement work,through theconsolidation of ruralresidential,rural living environment can beoptimized topromote landconservation,intensiveuse,but alsoeasethe contradiction between supply and demand ofland,to achievebalance of arablelandeffectiveway.
