摘要
在经济全球化的大环境下，企业并购作为一种能够提升企业综合实力的发展策略，逐渐受到了各大企业的欢迎。成功的企业并购可以扩大企业的生产经营规模、实现优质资源的有效利用，扩大企业的市场经营，能够有效的促进经济的增长。但是，企业的并购过程并不是一帆风顺的，在并购的过程中，企业可能会遇到一些风险。这篇论文通过写吉利并购沃尔沃的真实案例，分析了一些具体的风险，以及相应的解决对策，以期能够对企业的发展有所启示。

Abstract
Under the circumstances of economic globalization, mergers and acquisitions as a way to improve enterprise's comprehensive strength of the development strategy, gradually get the welcome of the companies. Successful m&a can expand the scale of production and operation of enterprises and the realization of the effective utilization of high quality resources, and expand the enterprise market can effectively promote economic , it is not plain the process of mergers and acquisitions, enterprise may encounter some risks. This paper by writing giovanni cobolli gigli acquisition Volvo case, analyzes the specific risk, as well as the corresponding solutions to provide enlightenment to the development of enterprises.
