师范取向教育学硕士分析研究生培养及就业现状分析研究——以师范性及学术性为切入点.pdf

摘要摘要近些年来,随着研究生规模的不断扩大,教育学硕士研究生的求职境遇愈显尴尬和艰难,引发了社会各界的关注和研究。然而,关于其中一个特殊群体的研究,即师范取向教育学硕士研究生的研究却十分的匮乏。“教师”作为众多教育学硕士研究生的职业取向,己然是一项不可忽略的社会事实。如何从众多竞争者中脱颖而出,根本取决于他们自身“师范性”与“学术性”的发展状况。以往关于“师范性”与“学术性”的研究往往立足于本科高等师范教育,将二者看成推动高等师范教育的内在矛盾。然而,对个人而言,二者更是推动个人完善和前进的源泉。一位“教师”的发展,在某种程度上,是“师范性"与“学术性”高度融合和发展的产物。然而,师范取向教育学硕士研究生由于各方面因素,在面临日益紧张的就业局势时,往往显得有些力不从心。本文力图通过对师范取向教育学硕士研究生的“师范性’’与“学术性”现状开展实证调查,挖掘出影响其就业的深层次因素,唤醒研究主体的警觉意识和责任意识, 并提出一些切实可行的措施与策略。全文分为四个部分: 第一部分:绪言。笔者首先阐述本论文的研究缘起与背景、研究意义,这是本文的逻辑起点。然后用文献分析法,对相关概念、核心关系以及关于教育学硕士研究生就业研究进行梳理、分析和概括。同时,还简要阐释了本论文研究所采取的研究方法。第二部分:师范取向教育学硕士研究生培养与就业现状。在这一部分中,首先对“师范性”与“学术性”领域下的研究要素做一个详细的界定,然后采取问卷调查和访谈调查的方法,逐步呈现他们的发展现状,并作适度分析。第三部分:师范取向教育学硕士研究生培养与就业问题原因探析。在实证调查所获取的结果上,分别从研究对象、高校研究生培养单位和政府、社会等三个维度进行原因分析。第四部分:师范取向教育学硕士研究生培养与就业对策。针对上一部分的原因探析,提出一些改善研究对象自身素质,提升就业竞争能力的有效措施。关键词:师范取向,教育学,硕士研究生,培养,就业 Abstract Abstract Inrecent years,with the constant expansion ofgraduate students,thehunting-job situation of our pedagogy graduate students ismore serious than ever before,which undoubtedly arouses tremendous attentionfromallwalks oflifeand thusmuch research on ,research on aspecialgroup whose career orientation is tobeteachers isscarce.
