浅谈酒店基层职员培训
摘要:培训管理在现代酒店企业人力资源管理中占相关键地位,对基层职员进行良好培训不仅能提升其理论修养和工作技能,还能展示酒店优异形象、传输和共建企业文化,从而深入增强酒店凝聚力和竞争优势。不过,现在中国很多酒店职员培训均存在诸如认识误区,培训未形成制度化、系统化,随意性较大,培训方法和手段单一等问题。本文以现代培训理论结合目前实际,对中国酒店基层职员培训管理方面存在现实状况及误区进行了分析,并就对应改善对策进行了探讨。

Abstract: Training management in human resources management of modern hotel enterprises occupy the important position, good training of junior staff can not only improve its theoretical accomplishment and work skills, but also show the great image of the hotel and build the enterprise culture, so as to further enhance the cohesion of the hotel and competitive advantage. However, many domestic training of hotel staff are there, such as misunderstanding, training is not institutionalized, systematic, arbitrary large, training methods and means of a single backward problem. In this paper, combined with the current practice of modern training theory, training on the management of the hotel current situation and misunderstanding were analyzed, and measures for improvement were discussed.
