西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要长洪岭隧道是渝利铁路全线第二长隧道,单洞双线。该隧道岩性主要为泥岩夹砂岩,岩质软,易风化,岩层缓倾,拱顶掉块和塌方等这些危害特别容易在隧道开挖时发生,特别是下穿丰都县江池镇段,隧道埋深较浅、地表房屋密集且多危旧,施工难度极大,被列为全线的重难点工程之一,因此,进行该项目的风险管理研究尤为重要。论文首先介绍了长洪岭隧道的地质条件及工程特点等情况,随后阐述了风险管理的意义并明确了本文风险管理的主控目标以及主要的研究内容和步骤,最后结合长洪岭隧道工程自身的特点,在风险识别、风险评估和风险应对等方面进行了较深入和全面的研究。论文在对长洪岭隧道工程风险辨识时主要运用专家调查法识别出长洪岭隧道的主要风险因素,通过层次分析法构造多级递阶结构模型,然后采用两两比较的方法建立风险因素辨别矩阵,最后通过运算得出每个风险因素的相对权重。通过模糊理论对风险因素的发生概率及损失估计有了量化的分析,基于模糊综合评判法得到本项目评估目标内风险因素的风险等级。经过评价分析,长洪岭隧道地质风险主控目标为浅埋段预防塌方,而且塌方也是下穿江池镇引起地表房屋第三方损失的主要因素,属四级风险。同时,爆破振动因素也是属于四级风险,需引起高度重视,在施工前一定要做好预防措施。论文根据长洪岭隧道缓倾岩层拱部塌方掉块风险及隧道下穿江池镇浅埋的特点, 提出了多种风险应对手段,特别是针对地表第三方损失风险防范方面,采取特别的施工工法,采用专项的减震爆破设计,配备完善专业的机械设备来进行风险预防,并结合地表危房人员临时安置方案及风险监控等手段来减轻风险损失。关键词:隧道;施工;下穿浅埋;风险管理;模糊综合评判法西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页 Abstract Changhongling tunnel isthesecond longest tunnel inYulirailway,which issingle hole with two of thetunnel ismainly mudstone sandstone,which properties are softrock,easily weathered and gently hazards include vaulted offthe block and landslides are particularly vulnerable to occur inthe excavation of thetunnel, especially theunderpass intheJiangchi town Fengdou county section,which burieddepth was shallow and surface building intensiveand more dangerous old,which leaded togreat tunnel islisted as one ofthemost difficultengineering inthe whole ,it isimportant toresearch on riskmanagement intheproject.
