基于风险投资的大学生创业融资机制创新与风险控制研究摘要: 随着我国经济的发展,涌现出越来越多的大学生创业群体。大学生的创业对我国经济发展有着非常重要的意义,开展大量的创业活动,不仅可以推动经济的增长,提升综合国力和国际竞争力,而且可以成为我国转变经济增长方式的一个重要途径; 大学生个人自主创业还可以缓解就业压力,解决就业矛盾。大学生创业企业融资难已成为阻碍我国大学生创业企业进一步发展的瓶颈,这一问题能否得到有效解决,不仅关系到大学生创业企业的健康发展,更直接影响到国民经济既定目标的实现。本文基于风险投资理论展开研究,针对大学生创业企业融资能力弱、融资渠道窄、融资结构不合理、融资成本高等融资现状,分析出大学生创业企业自身素质较差、我国融资制度不合理等原因;最后根据造成大学生创业企业融资现状的原因,提出提高大学生创业企业整体素质,建立多元化的大学生创业企业融资体系的应对之策。关键词: 大学生创业企业; 金融生命周期; 企业融资; 融资体系 Based on the college students' venture financing mechanism of venture investment in innovation and risk control research Abstract: Have sprung up with the development ofour economy, more and more college students munity.
