高频感应加热渗硼及共晶化的工艺和组织研究

摘要: 研究了高频感应加热膏剂渗硼和渗硼层共晶化处理的工艺、渗层组织。探讨了这种工艺的原理和
机制。研究表明,高频感应加热渗硼共晶化复合热处理具有处理时间短、节约能源、易于操作和实
现机械化、自动化生产,以及成本低廉等特点。采用这种方法处理的钢铁工件表面可以获得硼化物
和共晶体的渗硼层,与单一的硼化物层相比,不仅硬度高、耐磨性优良,而且韧性好,使用中不易剥
落。
