流动儿童学校适应现状研究——阱成都市龙枣驿区十晖镇葶小学为例教育硕士教育管理专业研究生蒋应辉指导教师赵家骥摘要2011年,笔者在初步了解小学阶段儿童知识和理解水平的基础上,依据自身所掌握的知识,对学校适应指标进行分类,自行设计了“学校适应调查问卷"。然后,选择了成都市龙泉驿区十陵镇某小学三年级的流动儿童作为研究样本,对流动儿童的学校适应展开调查。。‘问卷分别从流动儿童的学习适应、师生关系、同伴关系、情绪适应、行为问题这五个方面考察流动儿童在校适应情况。其中学习适应主要考查学习效果、学习方法:学习态度、学习环境四个方面;师生关系则主要从师生关系满意度、亲密性j冲突性、支持性四个维度展开调查;同伴关系从同伴群体的亲密性、同质性以及儿童在群体中的地位开展调查;情绪适应考查焦虑、抑郁、孤僻等情绪问题;行为问题指攻击反抗、违纪越轨等行为问题。通过对这所学校的小学三年级儿童学校适应情况展开的调查,揭示了农村流动儿童和本地儿童学校适应现状和存在的差异。通过进一步分析,揭示流动儿童’学校适应存在的问题和问题的成因,为制定和完善相关的政策提供科学依据和建议。通过调查,让教育工作者对该校流动儿童现状进一步把握,为下一步科学开展流动儿童教育工作提供依据,从而改善儿童的学校适应状况,最终促进儿童的全面发展。关键词:流动儿童学校适应本地儿童 AStudy ontheSchoolAdaptation ofMigrating Children ——Take anElementary School inLong Quanyi District, Chengdu City forExample Major:Educat ion Admini stration· Post graduate:Jiang Yinghui Tutor:Zhao Jiaj i Ab stract:In 2001,theauthorofthisessaydesigned theSchoolAdaptation Questionnaire,which iswithintheunderstanding ofelementary school children.。 Then,1 64elementary schoolchildrenofgrade three inLong Quanyi District, Chengdu City are chosen aimofthismsearch is toanalyze the school adaptation ‘The questionnaire reflectsschooladaptation from thefollowing fiveaspects: ’learning adaptation,teacher-student relationship,peer relationship,emotional adaptation adaptation focuses onlearning effect, learning method,attitude tolearning -student relationship tries to find out degree of satisfaction,intimacy,contention,. sustainability between teachers and relationship is tOknow the intimacy andhomogeneity ofsuchpeerrelationship,and tOknow who hold leader position adaptation isto seeifmigrating childrenhave serious emotional problems such asanxiety,dumps,unsociability problems concern aboutoffensive,rebellious andundisciplined behaviors.
