摘 　要
21世纪是信息的世纪，以计算机、网络和通信技术为核心的现代信息技术迅猛发展,给人们的生活方式带来了巨大的变化,同时对企业考勤管理也提出了新的要求。传统的企业考勤管理主要依靠手工、半手工方式，其效率低、准确性不高；而依靠单机版的指纹机或打卡机方式,在管理上却容易受到地理位置等的限制。
本文在分析了企业考勤现状的基础上，利用ASP技术和Ｓｑl Ｓeｒver数据库，、考勤签到、请假处理、出勤情况查询等功能。通过本系统经过授权的普通用户可以通过浏览器，进行签到、请假申请；而管理员用户可以进行系统维护。本企业考勤管理系统操作简便、界面友好、功能较全面、有一定的通用性，能够满足企业日常考勤管理的要求,具有较强的应用价值。
