淮北师范大学 2010 届学士学位论文草履虫的采集与培养学院、专业生命科学学院 2006 级生物工程研究方向动物学学生姓名朱力力学号 06154304071 指导教师姓名朱艳芳指导教师职称讲师 2010 年5月 25日草履虫的采集与培养朱力力(淮北师范大学生命科学学院) (指导老师:朱艳芳) 摘要: 本文研究了大草履虫的采集、纯化培养,及不同的培养温度、 pH 值和培养液对草履虫生长的影响。实验结果显示草履虫在不同温度条件下生长繁殖速度不同, 15℃不适合用于快速繁殖,但可用于草履虫形态观察的培养; 25℃可用于草履虫的中长期培养; 35℃可以用于草履虫的快速繁殖。在9种培养液中第9号培养液即河水稻草煮液+ 米饭粒,最有利于草履虫的生长繁殖。 pH 左右时草履虫的生长速度最快, 且峰值期维持的时间最长。总结出在现有条件下采集和培养草履虫的简捷有效方法,为实验室用草履虫培养提供相关参考, 以便于相关实验教学与研究。关键词:大草履虫;采集;培养 Collection and Cultivation of Paramecium caudatum Zhu Li-li ( School of Life Sciences , Huaibei Normal University ) (Tutored by Zhu Yan-fang) Abstract This paper contain ed the collection and pur ifying culture of Paramecium caudatum . Different t emperature , pH level and medium were also studied. The results showed that in different temperature the Paramecium caudatum gr ew differently . 15℃ was not suitable for rapid propagation , but could be used as morphological observ ation temperature ; 25℃ could be used for mid-long term cultivation ; 35℃ was suitable for rapid propagation . The ninth medium , boiled water from the river with straw and rice , was the best in the nine cultivation medium for the Paramecium caudatum rapid propagation .A round the pH level was the optimum level, the number of Paramecium caudatum was earlyer reaching to the pick and the duration of peak was the longest in the three pH levels. This paper s ummarized the simple and effective meth od of Paramecium caudatum cultivation , and offered the material to experiment al teaching and related research .
