《中管理的相关规定
第十八条台湾居民短期来大陆，应当按照户口管理规定，办理暂住
登记，在宾馆、饭店、招待所、旅店、学校等企业、事业单位或者机关、团体和 其他机构内住宿的，应当填写临时住宿登记表，住在亲友家的，由本人或者亲友 在24小吋（农村72小吋）内到为地公安派出所或者户籍办公室办理暂住登记手 续。
第三十七条违反本办法第十八条、第十九条的规定，不办理暂住登记
或者暂住卡的，处以警告或者100元以上，500元以下的罚款。

第二十九条 外国人在宾馆、饭店、旅店、招待所、学校等金业、事业 单位或者机关、团体及其他屮国机构内住宿，应肖出示有效护照或者居留证件， 并填写临吋住宿登记表。在非开放地区住宿还要出示旅行证。
Article 29 For lodging at guesthouse, hotel, inn, hostel, school or other enterprises and institution or at government organs or other Chinese organizations, aliens shall present valid passports or residence certificates and fill in registration f orms of temporary accommodation. They shall present travel permits when seeking accommodation in areas closed to aliens.
第三十条 外国人在屮国居民家屮住宿，在城镇的，须于抵达后24小 吋内，由留宿人或者本人持住宿人的护照、证件和留宿人的户口簿到当地公安机 关申报，填写临时住宿登记表；在农村的，须于72小时内向为地派出所或者户 籍办公室申报。
