人流手术综合征的原因分析及护理措施摘要: 目的: 分析人流手术综合症发生的原因并给予患者相应的护理措施。方法: 选取我站 201 2年1 月~ 201 4年1 月期间收治的 200 例行人工流产手术的患者为研究对象进行分析, 研究患者产生人流综合征的原因, 根据患者在手术期间的护理, 对其临床资料进行回顾性总结,分析其临床护理效果。结果:在 200 例行人工流产手术的患者中只有 20 例出现人流手术综合症, 发生率为 % , 护理后的患者的临床症状改善情况明显优于护理前, 术后并未发生其余严重并发症, p< , 差异具有统计学意义。结论: 人流综合征的发生主要与患者的心理有很大的关系, 是精神、神经共同的作用的结果。人工流产手术是一种安全有效的手术, 在手术期间加强对患者的护理, 可以有效的减少患者的不良情绪和负面心理, 减少人流手术综合征的发生率,疗效显著且安全性高,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。 Abstract : Objective : analysis of the causes of occurrence of syndrome of operation of stream of people and give corresponding nursing measures for the patients with.
