摘要
汽车设计工作基本可分为三个阶段,不同阶段要解决的主要问题也不一样。整车的总体设计主要解决社会雪球转化为汽车性能的问题,可认为是第一阶段;其次是汽车各子系统和总成的设计,主要解决汽车的功能和布置问题,可认为是第二阶段;最后是零部件的设计开发,主要解决强度、寿命和生产技术的问题,可认为是第三阶段。
本课题所研究的内容是5吨轻型货车的总体设计,也就是整车总布置。工作主要是解决社会需要转化为汽车性能的问题,也就是汽车设计的第一阶段。细分下来包括汽车形式的选择、汽车主要参数的选择、汽车主要总成部件的选择、动力性计算、燃油经济性计算、汽车主要总成部件的布置、运动校核以及总布置图的绘制。
本设计的目的是在满足工况要求的动力性能基础上,尽量实现提高燃油经济性和降低排放。
文中对于如何进行汽车总布置设计进行了说明。

ABSTRACT
Automotive design work can be divided into three stages basically .Resolving main problem is different during the different stages. First stage: overall design is to resolve that social demand be converted into the problem of capability of car. Second stage: design of each subsystem and assembly resolve function and layout of car. Third stage: parts design resolves the problem of strength, life and production technology.
This paper presents the overall design of 5t light truck. It resolves that social demand be converted into the problem of capability of car. It is the first stage. It includes the choice of auto form, main parameters, and main assembly parts, calculation of power , fuel economy and braking performance, layout of auto main assembly parts, sports check and drawing general arrangement.
The content of design is to meet dynamic performance of working condition’ demand and try to increase fuel economy and decrease emission.
This paper presents auto overall design.
