国外教师专业标准及其对制订我国体育教师专业标准的启示.pdf

摘要体育教师专业标准是体育教学成为一门专业的标志,是构建体育教师教育标准的核心内容。目前,我国体育教师专业标准研究处于起步阶段,还没有成文的体育教师专业标准。而国外这方面的研究已经走过几十年的历程,制定了比较完善的教师专业标准。因此,构建我国体育教师专业标准体系已经势在必行。本文通过文献资料法、.比较分析法,在搜集有关教师教育、教师专业标准等相关文献资料的基础上。采取对国外教师专业标准与我国教师标准进行对比研究的方法,找出体育教师专业标准的特征,以及制定体育教师专业标准的相关原则,以此为我国制订体育教师专业标准提供有益的启示全文分为两大部分。第一部分前言、研究对象和方法、问题的提出、研究意义、相关概念界定和国内外教师专业标准研究现状。第二部分分析与讨论,对我国体育教师专业标准现状和存在问题进行研究,通过国外教师专业标准的分析,从中获得启示,得出为制订我国体育教师专业标准的基本原则。关键词:标准,专业,体育教师 ABSTRACT Theprofessional criteriaforthe EE teacherfundamentally marks the subject as amajor,as well,functions asthe center duringbuilding up the educational criteriafor the present,the national professional criteriaforthe EE teacherisj ustinthestage ofbeginning without having formed awritten rule;however,the relatedresearch abroad hasbeen on thetrackforyears withhaving made arelatively ,it isbound thatthenationalprofessional criteriaforthe willbestipulated sooner orlater.
