Responsible for receiving, sitting and presenting menu to guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1. Greets, receives and conducts guests to tables, ensuring that they
are properly attended.
招呼客人 , 带领客人入座 , 保证令客人满意。
2. Answers guest enquiries regarding food, service, shows and charges
etc.
根据食物 , 服务和价位回答客人的要求。
Accepts and follows-up reservations according to prescribed procedures.
根据菜单的内容回答客人并作预定。
Co-ordinates with Supervisors in making necessary arrangements for reservations, blocking off reserved tables or floor plan.
协助主管安排好所作的预定 , 并根据餐厅布置为客人预留桌子。
