摘要：着眼我国经济发展的迫切需求以及小城镇 在经济结构体系中所呈现的重要地位，小城镇的发展已引起 各级政府的重视和社会的关注•用于指导小城镇建设的城镇 规划设计工作显示出十分的必要性和迫切性。在市场经济逐 步成熟的今天•影响小城镇经济发展的因素不断涌现，并且 是随时都会变化着的。随着城镇建设投资主体由单一向多元 化发展，不可预测因素逐渐增多，于是传统的小城镇规划方 法和理念已经受到了前所未有的挑战，站在历史的前沿，我 们需要重新思考和定位小城镇的规划设计问题。
