河北工业大学硕士学位论文 i 廊坊市农村客运线网规划研究摘要大力发展农村公路客运,满足广大农村地区农民群众出行需求,是我国当前和今后未来一个时期交通运输发展的重要任务, 是促进农业发展、农民增收和农村进步的重要手段, 是新农村建设、城乡协调发展和全面建设小康社会的重要内容。目前我国农村客运还存在许多不容忽视的问题,阻碍了农村客运市场的进一步发展和完善。本文从道路客运线路分布和运力配备方面对农村道路客运进行初步研究。农村客运需求预测是进行农村道路客运运力配置的主要依据,本文阐述了农村客运发展趋势特性分析、农村客运需求发展预测方法。线网布设是道路客运线网规划的核心内容。在介绍了客运线网布设的基本知识后,本文针对农村客流分散,客源不均,客流相对较少的特点,基于图论的基本理论,提出采用最小树方法对农村客运线网进行规划布局。最小支撑树算法简单可行,可以实现区域客运线路整体最短,适合农村客运网络布局。本文对农村客运供需平衡进行了较深入的研究。把每条线路的营运车辆数作为衡量线路输送旅客能力的标准,基于旅客出行总耗时最少和客运运输企业营运收入最大,将双目标优化问题单目标化,建立数学模型来确定一个农村客运线路最佳运力; 遴选与农村客运网络布局密切相关因素来建立评价指标体系,选择层次分析法建立了评价决策模型。最后,论文介绍了廊坊市的地理位置和自然环境,分析了廊坊市近几年的社会经济发展概况、交通运输发展概况,以及廊坊市公路网以及农村公路网的现状。分析了廊坊市文安县的社会经济概况、客运发展现状,并对文安县的社会经济发展进行预测。进而预测了文安县的交通运输的发展前景。以图论理论为基础,结合交通需求预测规划了廊坊市文安县农村客运网络,得到了令人满意的效果。关键词: 农村客运,图论,最小支撑树,线网规划,供需平衡,评价体系廊坊市农村客运线网规划研究 ii STUDY ON PLANNING OF RURAL ROAD PASSENGER WORK IN LANGFANG CITY ABSTRACT It is an important task of transport developm ent for an intending period in china to develop rural highway passenger transport, to meet the trav el demand of farmer crowd in vast rural area; and it is important means of promote agricultural development and realiz ing peasants increase e and development in rural areas; it is an important content of new countryside construction, coordinated urban and rural development pre hensive construction well-off present, there are many serious proble ms to counteract developm ent and perfect of the rural passenger transport market. The rural passe nger transport has been pilot studied from line distribution and power equi pment in this thesis. The forecasting of passenger volume is the ba sic gist and important content of passenger work planning. This ar ticle elaborated the developmen t characteristic analysis of transportation trend of countryside passenger, and the development forecast of transportation demand of countryside passenger. Liner disposing is the core content of ro ad passenger transport net planning. Basic knowledge of passenger transport li disp
