摘要:目的:观察吲哚布芬预防心脑血管疾病的有效性和安全性。方法:将入选392例心脑
血管疾病患者随机分为观察组(n=196)和对照组(n=196)，观察组给予吲哚布芬，对照组
给予阿司匹林,进行18个月的观察。结果:观察组和对照组与治疗前相比继发冠心病、心肌
梗死、脑梗死的风险明显降低(P<)。两组间比较临床疗效相当(P>)，观察组的安
全性明显优于对照组。结论:吲哚布芬可有效降低心脑血管疾病患者继发缺血事件的风险，
疗效与阿司匹林相当，但有更好的安全性。

〔Abstract〕Objective: To investigate the effects and safety of Xinbei- indobufen in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: 392 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected and randomly divided into experiment group (n=196) and control group (n=196). The patients in experiment group were given anti-platelet indobufen , in control group were given aspirin for 18 months.
