摘 要
隧道的发展历程与人民生活水平和生产能力密切相关,铁路事业的兴起对交通隧道发展起到了很大的推动作用。铁路隧道的建设直接影响着列车的行驶速度及其运输能力,也直接影响铁路线路的总体造价。
本次设计题目为唐家岗子隧道结构及施工组织设计,资料来源于实际工程,隧道总长954m。设计主要内容为:隧道洞门形式选择及稳定性验算、隧道衬砌荷载计算、支护型式的选择及支护参数确定、二次衬砌的钢筋混凝土配筋计算、施工组织设计。
根据隧道洞门形式的选择原则,经综合比较后,决定采用削竹式洞门,验算内容为边坡稳定性验算,验算方法为圆弧滑动条分法。隧道衬砌荷载主要是围岩压力,计算时先选定计算断面,然后根据隧道深、浅埋判断选择不同的围岩压力计算方法。目前支护型式主要有三种:喷锚支护、整体式衬砌、复合式衬砌,根据本隧道的工程特点,决定采用复合式衬砌,需要确定的支护参数有:锚杆的长度及间距、钢筋网的尺寸、喷射混凝土的厚度、二次衬砌的厚度等,在确定完参数后就可采用力法方程进行衬砌内力计算。二次衬砌配筋计算按偏心受压构件计算,分别选取正、负弯矩和轴力最大的截面作为配筋计算的控制截面。施工组织设计主要介绍了施工方法及主要工序施工工艺。

Abstract
The development of the tunnel is closely related to people's life level and production capacity. The rise of railway enterprise plays a great role in promoting the development of traffic tunnel. The construction of railway tunnel directly affects the speed of the train and its transport capacity, also directly affects the overall cost of the railway line.
The topic of the design is Tangjiagangzi tunnel structure and construction organization design. The data was taken from the practical engineering. The total length of the tunnel is 954m. Main design contents are: the selection of doorway and stability checking, tunnel lining load calculation, the support type selection and the determination of support parameters, the reinforcement calculation of secondary lining, the construction organization design.
According to the choice principle of doorway, after comprehensive comparison, cutting bamboo type was adopted. The checking content is slope stability checking and the checking method is circular slide method. The main tunnel lining load is surrounding rock pressure. Firstly, the calculation section was selected. Then, different calculation method was selected according to judgment of deep or shallow buried tunnel. Currently, there are three main support types: shotcrete-bolt support, monolithic lining, composite lining. According to the engineering characteristics of the tunnel, composite lining was adopted.
