摘要
洗化厂生产系统存在能耗高、工艺指标波动大、自控仪表落后、自控水平低等问题,如不进行必要的技术改造,在操作工频繁手动操作的情况下,会造成高投入、低产出且系统波动大的后果,进而影响整个联碱系统的稳定高产。本文运用计算机及网络的先进技术,结合洗化厂老生产系统存在的问题,采用集散控制系统对生产系统进行下列技术改造:
本文完成了以下主要工作:
首先在阅读了大量文献资料的基础上,介绍了火电厂烟气脱硫的主要方法,以及DCS的发展状况;通过对本厂装置原有DCS系统的分析,提出了对DCS改造的要求;介绍了拟选择DCS的特点;改造了洗化厂生产系统的连锁紧急停车系统
其次为实现上述技术方案,控制算法、图形、系统管理、引用和报表组态,确定了仪表及材料的选型,完成了改造的工程预算工作。
最后通过分析以及现场实验和实际运行情况,证明:通过DCS系统的改造提高
了系统安全可靠性,解决了由于无备件给生产构成的威胁。同时,改造后的DCS
对系统控制参数的变化反应更快,系统重新建立平衡的时间更短。系统可靠性和
稳定性均得到提高。
