多校区大学指具有一个独立法人地位、有至少两个在地理位置上不相连校园
的大学。新校区则是多校区大学中相对于原来老校区而言新建或者合并的校区。
近年来,随着高等教育的快速发展,多校区办学已逐渐成为高校普遍的运作方式。
这种多校区的办学格局,在相当时期内是不可避免的,这是中国高等教育从精英
教育阶段走向大众化教育阶段带来的一个新问题。这个问题的产生,对我国传统
的大学运作理念带来了巨大的冲击和挑战,是我国大学发展史上的里程碑,但同
时又存在诸多亟需研究和解决的问题,如新校区管理模式的选择问题、新校区与
老校区的文化传承问题、降低办学成本的问题、新校区学生的管理问题等等。
本文在结构上分为上下两篇。上篇(第一、二章)主要论述我国多校区大学
办学的发展概况,包括产生的背景、发展的类型及几所特色大学的管理模式。下
篇(第三、四章)把焦点集中于多校区大学新校区管理工作问题的探讨,包括多
校区办学环境下新校区学生管理工作所面临的挑战、以及管理上遇到的一些问题
和对策。各章节具体安排如下:
第一章:概述了我国多校区大学新校区产生的背景、产生的几种类型及各种
类型的发展状况,使我们对多校区大学有个总体的了解。
第二章:列举了四所特色大学新校区的学生管理模式,其目的在于为我国多
校区大学新校区的学生管理工作提供借鉴。
第三章:是本论文下篇的开始,集中论述了我国大学学生管理工作的传统及
当今时代学生管理工作的发展趋势,尤其是在多校区这个大的管理背景下,新校
区学生管理工作所面对的挑战。
第四章:论述了我国多校区大学新校区在发展过程中所碰到的一些管理难
题,如如何融合新老校区间的办学理念、管理模式的选择、文化的传承、如何降
低新校区办学的成本等。然后针对这些问题阐述了自己的一些解决之道。
最后在结束语部分从宏观上预测我国多校区大学新校区的发展前景。

Abstract

Multi-campus University refers to the university with only one legal person and
more than two separate campuses. New campus is newly-built bined campus,
comparied with the original old campus in multi-campus university. In the past
several years, with rapid development of high education, running school with
multi-campus gradually e mon operation mode. In quite a long term, the
multi-campus pattern is the inevitable matter. It is a new question in the period when
the high education on the way from elite education to popular education. As a
landmark of the university history of our country, that adds huge impact and
challenge to the traditional university administration mode. Meanwhile there are
many problems waiting to be analyzed and solved such as the choice of
administration modes, the preserve of the old campus culture, the expense of
running school, the administration of students.
