商标价值评估的分析研究.pdf

摘要摘要随着商标交易的增多,国家保护力度加大,商标价值评估逐渐升温,商标在经济生活中的地位越来越重要了。然而当前我国商标资产现状是:商标资产流失严重,商标价值评估主观性大、商标评估方法尚未形成一个较为完善的体系。针对以上问题笔者通过大量文献阅读、分析发现商标价值的源泉在于商标能为其所有者带来超额收益,同时笔者对目前商标价值评估一般方法和常用方法进行比较,认为目前商标价值评估缺陷在于模型单一、缺乏定性分析,这使得定量分析没有依据。针对目前对商标价值的形成过程分析不足,多定量分析少定性分析等特点,提出商标价值评估~些新思路。突出商标价值形成的过程分析,并定性分析影响商标价值的因素;针对目前常用的收益法评估的评估模型及其参数选取进行评价。基于市场比较法的思路,尝试将模糊综合评判法、层次分析法用于商标价值评估。最后通过实际案例验证模糊综合评判模型用于商标价值评估的可行性。文章的着重点在于考虑到商标价值评估的复杂性和动态性,将模糊综合评判模型、层次分析法引入商标价值评估。用较精确的数学语言描述商标价值与参照商标的相似程度,又能对各主要因素权重做出科学分析,实现了定性分析与定量分析的结合。全文共分五章:第一章介绍了问题的研究背景、研究意义;目前国内外商标价值评估的发展与研究现状,以及本文的研究内容。第二章阐述了商标的内涵并着重分析了商标价值的形成和商标价格决定因素。第三章综述商标价值评估方法及其存在问题,提出对商标价值影响因素的再思考。第四章探讨了商标价值评估的新思路和新方法,尝试将模糊综合评判法和 AHP法应用于商标价值评估。第五章应用模糊综合评判法对珠江啤酒商标价值进行评估,以验证该评估方法的可行性。关键词:商标;商标价值;商标价值评估:模糊综合评判￡奎三兰銮兰!翌兰璧圭兰兰兰三 ABSTRACT Since 80’s inthetwenty century,countries all over theworld haverealized that science and technology are major factors forpromoting economic development.
