摘要
本文主要介绍了连接支架的冲压设计过程。连接支架用于高架箱的连接,属于比较典型的冲压件,其工序主要分为落料冲孔、压弯以及冲豁。这次设计的主要目的在于使学生能够更加熟悉的理解和掌握冲压设计的过程,并运用所学的知识进行冲压模具的设计,选取相应的标准件将模具安装起来,并选用相应的压力机进行生产。在设计过程中可以熟悉模具的设计流程,掌握如何按照国家标准进行模具设计并选择标准件进行安装,提高学生将所学专业知识运用到生产实际中的能力。
本文详细介绍了落料冲孔工序的设计过程。根据对冲压件的分析选用倒装复合模具,设计了非标准件如冲孔凸模、凸凹模、卸料板、凹模、推件器等,设计并选用垫板和一些标准件将模具安装。
