浅论匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带 状疱疹疗效观察 【摘要】目的观察匹多莫德联合伐昔 洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法116例带状 疱疹患者随机分为两组，观察组 72例每日 予盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊 bid同时予匹多莫德 片bid 共7天；对照组44例每日予盐酸伐 昔洛韦胶囊bid 共7天。结果观察组总有 效率明显优于对照组()，观察组的平均止疱 时间、止痛时间、结痂时间均明显短于对照 组()，且无后遗神经痛发生。结论 匹多莫 德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹比单用伐昔 洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效更快、疗程更短、疗 效更好。 【关键词】 带状疱疹；匹多莫德；伐昔洛韦 Observation on the Curative Effect of Pidotimod Combined with Valaciclovir on Herpes Zoster Wang Yiying, Department of Dermotology, Chengdu Hospital of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, Chengdu, Sichuan Province 610069, China Abstract Objective To observe the curative effect of pidotimod combined with valaciclovir on herpes 116 cases with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group (n=72) and control group (n=44); valaciclovir hudrochloride capsules of once, twice a day, were given to patients in both groups while pidotimod tablets of once, twice a day were added to patients in observation group; the course of both groups lasted for 7 The total effective rate in observation group was much superior to that in control group (); the average time of blister elimination, analgesia and incrustation in observation group was much shorter than that in control group (), and no post herpetic neuralgia occurred in observation group.
