【摘要】随着社会经济的发展，物流的作用越来越明显。新的经济形势对企业物流提出了更高的要求，现代物流向着信息化、一体化的方向发展。从企业物流的概念入手，并对物流向信息化发展的趋势作了阐述和分析。在此基础上，分析了我国物流信息化的现状与问题最后对我国企业物流信息化提出几点建议。

一、 企业物流信息化管理研究的现实意义及目的
随着经济的发展，社会专业化分工及合作日益加强，物流的作用越来越大。企业作为社会经济的重要组成单位，物流对它的影响也越来越大。企业物流贯穿企业生产和经营的全过程，企业物流的改善可以带来多方面的效益：第一，可以降低物流费用、减少产品成本；第二，可以缩短生产周期、加快资金周转；第三，可以压缩库存、减少流动资金的占用；第四，能够提高企业的管理水平，企业物流管理系统涉及企业的方方面面，在科学的系统观念的指导下，从整体效益着眼，对企业管理水平的提高起促进作用。[1]人类进入21世纪后，国际分工的进一步加强以及世界经济一体化的发展趋势，对企业物流提出了更高的要求。现代物流只有向着信息化、自动化、网络化、智能化、柔性化的方向发展，才能适应形势发展的要求。
