本科毕业设计(论文) 珠海横琴新区配电网规划摘要随着国家经济的快速发展,用电负荷增长迅速,电网现状已难以满足日益增长的供电需求,必须要加快电网建设。中压配电网在高低压电网之间起着承上启下的用,中压电压等级的选择直接影响到电力系统的稳定性、电能质量和电网的投资成本。首先,本文综述国内外 20kV 中压配电电压的应用情况,认为在高负荷密度新兴园区应用 20kV 电压等级是配电网发展的趋势,对珠海横琴新区发展定位及电网现状进行了介绍。然后,本文描述电网规划的一般方法,包括电网规划的步骤,电网的结线方式, 等。在对影响电压层级优选的主要技术、经济因素进行分析总结的基础上,对珠海横琴新区 2020 年用电负荷总量及地理分布进行预测,并对 220/110/10kV , 220/110/20kV,220/20kV 三种电压层级方案的建设规模及投资进行比较,建议横琴新区采用 220/20kV 电压层级。最后,论文给出了 220/20kV 电压层级下横琴新区详细的配电网规划方案,包括:各变电站 20KV 出线方案、各变电站中压出线电气联络方案及中低压配电网建设工程量计算等。 20kV中压电压等级的建设成本较低,推行中压 20kV电压等级符合国家建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会。有利于降损节能、节约用地,避免出线走廊过于拥挤等。因此, 应积极响应推广发展中压 20kV电压等级。关键词: 负荷预测,配电网规划, 20kV ,电压层级优选 Abstract With the rapid development of the national economy, electricity load growth rapidly, the current status of power grid has been difficult to meet the increasing demand of power supply, so we must accelerate construction of ting. Medium voltage work plays an important role in high and low voltage power grid , medium tage level selection directly affect the stability of the power system, power quality and the power grid investment cost. First, this paper reviewed the application of20KV medium voltage are introduced in this paper, puts forward the 20KV voltage level application is inevitable trend, and carry out the simple introduction of the Zhuhai Hengqin new work present , this paper also introduces general methods work planning, power grid planning steps, grid connection mode. This paper also introduced the Zhuhai Hengqin new area electricity load forecast in2020, as well as the voltage level of optimization technology, economic analysis. Finally, this paper also carry out the Hengqin new area detailed planning of work, including: each substation20KV outlet, the pressure outlet electrical substation project liaison programme and in the low voltage work construction engineering quantity calculation.
