Any citations made in the manuscript must be presented in this section and vice versa. ? A reference should be able to supply the detailed information of a corresponding parenthetical citation, for readers to locate and retrieve a source. ? It answers, almost in a sequential order, basically such questions as “ who at what time published what work at what place and was published by whom. ”?
