陕西省农村土地流转影响因素分析
——基于462户农户调查数据

摘要：本文以陕西省的汉阴、勉县、蒲城、商州、高陵、耀州、陈仓、杨凌、甘泉、米脂和泾阳11个县（区）的29个乡镇49 个村作为样本地区，主要采用了随机抽样法和问卷调查法获得统计数据，通过建立Logistic回归模型对陕西省农村土 地流转的影响因素进行了分析。在变量的选取方面，除了选取表示个体特征、家庭特征和土地特征的变量外，还考虑了 村庄特征和地理区位对农村土地流转的影响。研究结果表明：不同类型的农地流转，其影响因素能达到显著水平的因 子在作用方向、影响程度及显著水平上均存在较大的差异，影响农户农地转入和转出的因素是不完全一样的。

Abstract: Taking shaanxi pucheng, HanYin, MianXian, ShangZhou, GaoLing, yaozhou, ChenCang, Yang ling, Gan quart, MiZhi and Jing yang 11 county (district) 29 township 49 village as sample areas, mainly adopts random sampling method and a questionnaire survey obtain statistical data, through the establishment of Logistic regression model in shaanxi province and analysis the rural land circulation influence factors. In a variable selection aspects, in addition to select individual characteristics, family features and land characteristics of variable outside,i still considers the village characteristics and geographical location on the influence of rural land circulation.
