【摘 要】本系统作品基于超声波发射头 T40 和超声波接收头 R40,利用超声波
实现了数字信号的近距离传输。发射部分利用数字电路 555 产生 40k 标准的矩形
波用作载波,并采用了升压中周,以提高发射功率,从而提高数据传输距离。接
收部分经过前级放大,滤波,自动增益控制,后级放大,包络检波,迟滞比较等
模块,实现了数据的准确提取。MCU 采用 ARM 系列单片机 F103zet6,通过单片机
的处理,实现数据的自动发送和显示。具有方便直观的人机界面。系统数据传输
误码率低,具有一定的使用价值。

【Abstract】This system base on T40 and R40 which one is an ultrasonic
transmitter and the other is an ultrasonic receiver. And we use the
ultrasonic to achieve that digital signal can be transmission in a close
range. For the radiating portion, we use IC 555 to produce the carrier
signal whose frequency is 40K. At the same time, transformer is used to
promote the energy which the radiating portion used. For the receiver,
there are six parts in total. A preamplifier ,a filter ,an AGC model,
a post-amplifier, a envelope detector, and a hysteresis comparator are
all included in this system. Working with the MCU ARM F103zet6, the
receiver can receive and send messages with a low bit error rate. It has
practical applicability to some extent.
