摘要
由于汽车的造型很大程度上是取决于前照灯，而且，前照灯的照明质量对于行车的安全也是至关重要的，所以，在本文以FAW-A1汽车前照灯的设计制造为研究背景，介绍了FAW-A1汽车前照灯的设计和制造的主要模块，主要包括：外观分析设计，结构分析设计，光学分析和反射镜设计，前照灯振动分析和前照灯模流分析。同时，在对FAW-A1前照灯整体设计的基础上，重点对前照灯的光学设计进行了研究和学习。设计主要满足了汽车前照灯在光学方面的行业标准。也在满足各项要求的同时，力争使设计成本低廉，品质优良，外观优美融于车身。
依据论文内容，主要工作如下：
第一，了解任务书的内容，明确设计任务；阅读大量与车灯前照灯相关的资料和文献；翻译与车灯相关的英文文献。
第二，通过和工程师的沟通以及搜集学习汽车前照灯的相关信息，明确各自的设计任务，列出设计任务安排和进度表，通过与结构设计和震动分析的组员讨论，得出相对合理的方案简图。
第三，依据法规的要求，认真对比选择，筛选性价比比较高的前照灯光源，并依据光源设计出合理的前照灯反射器，能够与结构设计的组员相配合。
第四，通过公司的软件，将数据模拟出前照灯光源照射出来的光强分布，合理的调整光源与反射器的角度，使之与法规相符合，检验与完善前照灯的光学设计。
撰写毕业设计论文，同时总结出本设计中的改进和不足之处，展望未来该车型前照灯设计的趋势和值得努力的方向。最后，给出毕业设计的心得体会。

Abstract
As car modeling is largely depends on the headlamps, and headlamps lighting quality is important for traffic safety, therefore, in this article to auto works - A1 as the research background, design and manufacturing of automobile headlamps FAW-A1 car headlamps are introduced the main module design and manufacturing, mainly include: appearance analysis and design, structure analysis and design, analysis and reflection optical lens design, analysis and headlamps headlamps vibration mold flow analysis. At the same time, in which A1 headlamps, on the basis of the overall design, focus on the optical design of headlamp has carried on the research and study. Designed to satisfy the vehicle headlamps in the optics industry standards. Also to meet the requirements at the same time, strive to make the design cost is low, good quality, beautiful appearance into body.
